A busy lifestyle is sure to miss some significant healthy habits every once in a while. Like doctor’s visits, we ought to regularly check in on our nutritional routines. You may have varied questions on what nutritional prescription befits your lifestyle. I am here to help you figure a plan so you will reap a spectrum of unthinkable results.  Are you ready to make change?

Panther City Nutritional Counseling assists with the following: weight loss, leaning out, and wellness/cleaner eating.  Upholding everyone as unique physiologically, I counsel based on individual nutritional needs.  I am considerate special needs such as food allergies.

Things to keep in mind:

• In most cases, we’ll need to measure your body fat % in a counseling session as this helps hone in on a specific and quantifiable goal.
•  I may require you to log your meals each day—this is a commitment and can become easier as you are consistent.
•  Before agreeing to a 6 week coaching session, you must own a food scale and measuring cups and spoons.
•  Whether you need to lose weight or eat cleaner, reaching your nutrition goals requires planning—a dedication on your end.
•  I uphold to keep confidential information with respect to you.

Professional Background

I hold a B.S. in Dietetics (Nutrition) and Institutional Administration from Texas Woman’s University.  I have had various experiences involving nutrition at hospitals, WIC, and other facilities. I also worked at the Sunflower Shoppe as a Sales Associate. What I offer is one-on-one nutritional counseling for athletes at No Limit CrossFit.

 Prices:

•  $150 for one-on-one counseling session and 6 week coaching
•  *If desired/needed 1 Follow-up can be scheduled within the 6 weeks
•  $100 Grocery Store tour
•  $100 Cupboard Cleaner
•  $30 Body Fat Testing
•  $75 for a counseling session without 6 week plan, if client has already completed a 6 week coaching

 Packages:

•  $200 for Consult, 6-weeks, Cupboard Cleaner
•  $200 for Consult, 6-weeks, Grocery Store tour
•  $250 for consult, 6 week plan, grocery store tour and cupboard cleaner
•  $50 Cupboard Cleaner, if client has already had consult
•  $50 Grocery Store tour, if client has already had consult
